Formação integral de jovens e adultos: uma avaliação de implementação do PROEJA do IFMA – Campus Codó com enfoque na qualidade da formação ofertada

Abstract

Study about the implementation of the Integration Program of Vocational Education for Youth and Adult (PROEJA) of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Maranhão (IFMA)/Campus Codó focusing on the quality of the training offered. Aimed to evaluate the implementation of the program, seeking to judge effectively, and focusing in the quality of the formation offered. The especifcs objectives intend: avalue the performance in the achievement of goals in what it refers in the acess and performance of the public in the program; to identify the desing of the program and your strategies of implementation with the objectives of vetific the adequation of the views used to the proposed actions that possibility the oferts of one quality formation and; analisy the facilited factors and the obstacles (institutionals and socials) that apears long the implementation that condicional positive or negative the quality of the formation offered in IFMA/Campus Codó. The method utilizaded was the materialism -dialectical to comprehension of the determinants of the implementation of PROEJA, starting the apparent of scholar cotidian, going through the categories of analysis: Youth and Adults Education, Human formation, omnilaterality and educacional. And ex post evaluation was carried out to evaluate and judge the implementation process of PROEJA. The defended tese in this analysis is that are one distance between the objectives of the program and your implementation in the campus, due by the several factors, as: the inadequacy of PROEJA’s curriculum to the reality of its audience; the absence of qualification to the implements, the nonexistence of plans and assessments of the program with the scholar community and the default of the democratic campus management. However, there were constraints that contributed, positively, for program execution, all trougth, are insuficiente to bridge the gap between the program’s objectives and goals and reality, among them: the structural conditions of the campus, the students aid, the students willpower to so back to study and the enffort of the professionals to offer on education that aproximates the reality of the students.
