Abstract: Starting from the crisis that crosses the contemporary or the pillar of emancipation and seeking alternatives that presuppose its self-criticism, the study defends a reinvention of ethics, to reinvent emancipatory resistance. The base is a dynamic of the affections that move men and what they are effectively, by the mediation of reason as the strongest and the opposite to fear and hope, combination that is nurtured by excellence, a re-actualized "voluntary" servitude. Therefore, a double offset is explored as necessary. On the one hand, from the logic of desire as a lack for desire as production, to face the transcendent moral, the logic of action for duty and separation of body and mind. From another, from the logic of power by power, to a logic of potency that is previous and condition to go beyond mere opposition and denial, affirming in the everyday, the resistance. From this, the reinvention of critical thinking is posed as the first task that only can accrue as another mode to produce it, validating invisible knowledge from a colonial perspective, arising from diverse and plural experiences, in which subjects, where and how they live, without hierarchies and sheltered their difference, can express themselves, expanding in the same act, their potency to act in common, in the present time. The reflection is based on spinozian thought and interpretations with which it has been refined, to affirm this ethic of potency, same condition of reinvention, each day, of collective life, creating other ways of think, work and live in world-communities, that only can built themselves emancipatory, nourished by their own strength, in continuous and expression of singular powers, in meetings of joy and sadness that constitute life, for free necessity. The rescue of empirical elements that constitute an analysis of the incidence of these processes in a profession, is done within the scope of Social Service in its particular inscription in this scenery, given the problem of its deliberation by the human emancipation as direction and political horizon. In this specific place, the study is based on a review of the literature and narratives of professionals and users, through the central mediation of Social Assistance, from which, a profession is analyzed in its theoreticalmethodological and ethical-political current foundations, highlighting imbalances, distortions, reductions and incompleteness. Results in the realization that work experiences, assimilating to contemporary privative and fundamentalist neoconservative culture, and even, the dispersed elements of the internal professional culture, reproduce a functional logic for capital, whether in the classic alienation, which restores the moralization of its origins, in the belief in political emancipation through the State, from where his emphasis on the value of technique and his excess of determination, or, as a third way, in the rhetoric of human emancipation, without connection with a daily life, which comes from a dual thought, centered on the lack, to the detriment of the power of the users, whose own experiences and world readings, sign other ways, where the key inside to affirm the profession as one of the places of contribution to reinvent an emancipatory resistance, if another Social Service has been created, tuned and capable of accepting a reality in which it acquires meaning of existence and constitutive part.
