| Resumo: | Este trabalho tem por objetivo principal analisar a pertinência de aplicação das práticas restaurativas no âmbito do ato infracional, a partir da atuação do Ministério Público do Estado do Maranhão, partindo da análise do atual contexto do Direito da Criança e do Adolescente, da lida com o adolescente autor de ato infracional, do papel do promotor de justiça especializado em infância e juventude e da observação de experiências brasileiras que já desenvolvem trabalhos na área da Justiça Restaurativa, como forma de traçar uma possibilidade de implantação de um modelo na capital maranhense, especificamente considerando o Centro Integrado de Justiça Juvenil. Contando, para tanto, com a realização de pesquisa de campo, desenvolvida no Maranhão, Pará, São Paulo e Rio Grande Sul. |
| Abstract: | This work has as main objective to analyze the relevance of the application of restorative practices within the offense, from the work of the Prosecutor’s Office of the State of Maranhao, based on the analysis of the current context of the Rights of Children and Adolescents, the handles teen author of an offense, the role of specialized justice prosecutor in childhood and youth and observation brazilian experiences that have already developed work in the field of restorative justice as a way to draw a possibility of developing a model in São Luis, specifically considering the Integrated Center for Juvenile Justice. Counting, therefore, to conduct field research conducted in Maranhao, Para, Sao Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul. |
