Abstract: In the context of the great social and historical transformation that marks the passage&#xD;
of globalized capitalism from Fordism to post-Fordism, this thesis analyzes the&#xD;
Brazilian and Portuguese experiences of Education for Global Citizenship,&#xD;
recommended by UNESCO, as a strategic regulation of the globalized State that&#xD;
operates both in the integration of the proletariat into the processes of economic&#xD;
exploitation, political domination and social humiliation, in damming its possibilities for&#xD;
emancipatory rupture. Initially, it is demonstrated that Education for Global Citizenship&#xD;
emerges from the intensification of relations between the global state mode and the&#xD;
global capitalist mode of production, configuring itself as an expression of globalized&#xD;
imperialism marked by the weakening of national sovereignty and disrespect for&#xD;
proletarian autonomy. In this sense, it is clear that educational policies in Brazil and&#xD;
Portugal are now guided by international guidelines, contributing to the reconfiguration&#xD;
of education systems according to the demands of global capital, but in a relative,&#xD;
contradictory and mediated way. Next, the role of globalized education in the formation&#xD;
of proletarian consciousness within the transformations of the capitalist accumulation&#xD;
regime is analyzed. In Fordism, education was associated with full employment, while&#xD;
in post-Fordism it starts to operate under the logic of employability, flexibility and&#xD;
individual responsibility. In this context, it seeks to promote worker adaptation to&#xD;
market demands, amid contradictions of exploitation, domination, humiliation and&#xD;
resistance, configuring itself as a moment of expansion of the proletariat as a relative&#xD;
overpopulation and intensifying tensions that drive collective organization. Finally, it is&#xD;
demonstrated that, despite global disciplining, the formation of proletarian&#xD;
consciousness constitutes a form of resistance to globalized capitalism. Class&#xD;
consciousness emerges in a contradictory way, mediated by objective and subjective&#xD;
conditions, enabling the development of possible consciousness. In this process, the&#xD;
proletariat tends to organize itself through unions, parties and social movements,&#xD;
projecting the overcoming of relations of exploitation, domination and humiliation. It is&#xD;
concluded that Education for Global Citizenship must be understood as a mediation of&#xD;
contradictions that, at the same time as it reproduces the logic of capital, creates&#xD;
conditions for its contestation, articulating the globalization of education with the class&#xD;
struggle.

      <description>Título: Adoção das constelações familiares no judiciário brasileiro: análise da constituição da agenda à luz da teoria da burocracia de nível de rua
Autor: QUEIROZ, Laryssa Saraiva

Abstract: The Brazilian judicial context is marked by hyper-judicialization, bureaucratization of&#xD;
politics, and politicization of the bureaucracy. Thus, the Judiciary assumes direct&#xD;
influence in the implementation and formulation of public policies, highlighting&#xD;
institutional tensions and disputes of interest. In this context, the adoption of a German&#xD;
therapeutic practice called Family Constellation within the Judiciary emerges and&#xD;
strengthens, especially through the initiative of the judiciary, a proposal known as Direito&#xD;
Sistêmico. Formally presented as a strategy to address the judicial crisis resulting from&#xD;
delays, it serves as an auxiliary instrument to the policy of adequate conflict resolution,&#xD;
such as conciliation and mediation. This study analyzes the process of agenda-setting,&#xD;
emphasizing the subjects and their respective interests and rationalities, in light of the&#xD;
Theory of Street-Level Bureaucracy. The theoretical-methodological framework adopted&#xD;
is historical-dialectical materialism, with a qualitative approach, supported by a review of&#xD;
the state of the art, documentary content analysis, and the complementary use of&#xD;
secondary quantitative data related to the Brazilian justice system. The investigation and&#xD;
critical analysis of therapeutic practice and its discretionary judicial application revealed&#xD;
that, despite being legitimized by consensus discourses and ratified by data that denote&#xD;
efficiency, it may prove incompatible with constitutional principles, as it reproduces&#xD;
symbolic violence, depoliticizes social conflicts, and compromises human dignity, while&#xD;
relying on scientifically questionable foundations. Furthermore, concerns arise regarding&#xD;
possible institutional interests in the management of litigation, serious ethical,&#xD;
democratic, and legal risks, requiring reflection on its foundations, limits, and social&#xD;
consequences. Finally, it proposes criteria in terms of judicial governance that, at a&#xD;
minimum, aim to make practices more accessible and transparent.

      <title>Serviço social e questão agrária no neoliberalismo: a atuação de assistentes sociais como intelectuais orgânicos (as) no Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra</title>

      <description>Título: Serviço social e questão agrária no neoliberalismo: a atuação de assistentes sociais como intelectuais orgânicos (as) no Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra

Abstract: This study addresses the relationship between Social Work and the agrarian&#xD;
question in neoliberal Brazil, taking as its empirical reference the insertion and&#xD;
professional practice of social workers within the Landless Rural Workers’ Movement&#xD;
(MST). Grounded in historical-dialectical materialism, it combines bibliographic,&#xD;
&#xD;
documentary, and database research with fieldwork conducted through semi-&#xD;
structured interviews with social workers active in different sectors of the MST. The&#xD;
&#xD;
study understands the agrarian question as a historical and structural expression of&#xD;
Brazilian social formation, characterized by land concentration, unequal access to&#xD;
land, and the intensification of social issues within the neoliberal context. The&#xD;
findings reveal that the work of social workers within the MST goes beyond restricted&#xD;
institutional practices, constituting a fundamental mediation in processes of collective&#xD;
organization, political education, and the strengthening of the struggle for land and&#xD;
Popular Agrarian Reform. Professional involvement is shown to be closely linked to&#xD;
the concrete demands of rural workers, particularly in the areas of rural education,&#xD;
access to fundamental rights, social mobilization, and the development of collective&#xD;
strategies of resistance against the deterioration of living conditions and the&#xD;
expansion of agribusiness.The research demonstrates that professional practice,&#xD;
guided by the ethical-political project of Social Work, directly contributes to&#xD;
strengthening class consciousness, political participation, and the defense of&#xD;
working-class rights, reaffirming the social worker as an organic intellectual&#xD;
committed to emancipatory processes. It concludes that the articulation between&#xD;
Social Work and the MST constitutes a strategic connection in confronting structural&#xD;
inequalities, resisting neoliberalism, and building a societal project oriented toward&#xD;
human emancipation.

      <title>Democracia representativa em crise: transformação do processo de participação popular e o anacronismo da estrutura política na Constituição Federal de 1988</title>
      <link>https://tedebc.ufma.br/jspui/handle/tede/6716</link>
      <description>Título: Democracia representativa em crise: transformação do processo de participação popular e o anacronismo da estrutura política na Constituição Federal de 1988
Autor: LIMA, Diogo Diniz
Primeiro orientador: RAMOS, Paulo Roberto Barbosa
Abstract: Esta tesis se centra en la crisis de la democracia moderna, tomando como contexto concreto el&#xD;
sistema político brasileño. Al examinar la interconexión entre la democracia y el modo de&#xD;
producción capitalista, se demuestran las transformaciones de esta forma de gobierno y el&#xD;
anacronismo del modo representativo y de los mecanismos actuales de participación popular&#xD;
establecidos en la Constitución Federal de 1988. La investigación comienza con un análisis&#xD;
conceptual e histórica de la democracia, desde su manifestación en la antigua Atenas hasta su&#xD;
resurgimiento en el siglo XVIII, basado en el pensamiento de Rousseau y Stuart Mill,&#xD;
mostrando cómo, durante este período histórico, la democracia fue adoptada como la base&#xD;
política ideal para el desarrollo de la sociedad capitalista. La tesis describe la actual crisis&#xD;
democrática como multifacética, con orígenes divergentes de los tradicionalmente señalados&#xD;
en algunos estudios. Se construyen dos paralelos comparativos, utilizando La Sociedad del&#xD;
Espectáculo, de Guy Debord, para explicar la inversión del sistema de necesidades que&#xD;
conduce a una inevitable insatisfacción con los resultados del campo político.&#xD;
Estructuralmente, se desarrolla un estudio evolutivo de las esferas pública y privada,&#xD;
mostrando que esta última se ha visto reducida al límite de la intimidad y que algunas&#xD;
decisiones que antes eran privadas se han trasladado al ámbito social expandido, escapando al&#xD;
control personal y generando reacciones que se alinean con los extremos del espectro político&#xD;
y amenazan la democracia. Finalmente, se abordó cada faceta de la crisis desde perspectivas&#xD;
teóricas constructivas, con el objetivo de promover un rediseño de la estructura democrática&#xD;
capaz de canalizar la complejidad y la velocidad de las demandas contemporáneas,&#xD;
revitalizando la cadena de legitimidad de la democracia y brindando estabilidad a su&#xD;
funcionamiento.
