Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic declared in March 2020 by the World Health Organization (WHO) caused researchers from around the world to mobilize to understand the disease and its impact on populations. It was found that people with comorbidities were at increased risk of mortality from COVID 19, especially people with diabetes, making it necessary to implement strategies and recommendations for this specific group. The objective of this work is to analyze how diabetics treated in a territory covered by Primary Health Care in a municipality in the State of Maranhão, Brazil, perceive and translate prevention and control measures into everyday practices at the individual, family and collective levels. of COVD-19. This cross-sectional study had a quantitative-qualitative approach, having been carried out in the territory covered by Primary Care in the municipality of São José de Ribamar – MA, being a multicenter project. The questionnaire was applied to 52 families, a sample defined by convenience. Data collection in the first stage was through an online questionnaire on the Google Forms platform. In the second stage, 20% of the families participating in the previous stage and who were diagnosed with diabetes responded to the scheduled and audio-recorded interview, following the saturation criterion. For the majority of interviewees, the media was the main source for obtaining information about prevention, the most reliable and with which they felt best informed. Regarding the information provided by health professionals, the majority felt very well informed or well informed. We can highlight the role of community health agents in this process. The use of alcohol gel, use of masks and social distancing measures were the main prevention measures considered. During the interviews, participants expressed their distrust regarding the dubious information and fake news disseminated, and vaccination was cited as an effective prevention measure.

Abstract: Introduction: inclusion through complementary activities within the scope of the Unified
Health System (SUS), defined by the National Curriculum Guidelines, including for Dentistry,
came to qualify and prepare manpower for the care and management of the SUS. In this context,
there is a focus on the teaching-community-service triad with its integration and transformation
of health services into learning spaces, creating a need for professionals who, in addition to
being responsible for their routine, also guide students' learning, requiring the domain of
pedagogical and theoretical knowledge, aimed at preceptorship. Objective: to analyze, from
the perspective of Dentistry workers working in primary care services, the specific preparation
for the pedagogical conduct of the preceptorship, regarding their experience and practice in the
daily routine of health management actions. Methodology: descriptive study of a qualitative
nature, to carry out the analysis of the data Bardin's content analysis was used. Data collection
was carried out from February 01 to February 28, 2022. The participants were dental surgeons,
with previous experience in public health preceptorship in the city of São Luís - MA. Data
collection was carried out through a structured interview containing 9 (nine) questions, data
were collected in person by the researcher, recorded with the consent of the interviewee, after
signing the informed consent form in two copies. Results: they reveal weaknesses observed in
the planning, with little or no participation of the preceptors in the elaboration of the
pedagogical follow-up. Aiming at improving this scenario, it is proposed to implement
improvement courses aimed at preceptorship, emphasizing the evaluation process,
communication and teaching methodologies. Conclusion: many advances were achieved
through the DCN. However, this research found that there is a need for greater specific
preparation for the exercise of preceptorship and that individual knowledge about methods of
evaluation, planning and health management of preceptors working in collective health
internships needs to be improved.

Abstract: Introduction: The global context of public health emergency caused by the COVID-19
pandemic challenges different countries to think about strategies for the prevention and control
of infection by Sars-CoV-2. In this context, Primary Health Care is a strategic space for the
provision of comprehensive care. Objective: To analyze how the population of the territories
covered by the PHC perceive and translate everyday practices in the individual, family and
collective spheres regarding the prevention and control measures of COVID-19. Methodology:
a quantitative-qualitative, descriptive and transversal research was used. The study was carried
out in the territories covered by the Primary Care of the Amar Health Center - São Luís - MA.
For the research instrument, the structured interview modality was chosen. The instruments
were applied in the first stage through a semi-structured online questionnaire, and in the second
stage, face-to-face dialogue interviews were applied. Results: The study sample consisted of
people aged between 18 and 82 years, with a predominance of 18 to 30 years old, women,
married, complete medium education, self-declared brown, families composed of 1 to 3 people
per household, households with 3 rooms, running water and only 1 bathroom. In the qualitative
analysis, the Descending Hierarchical Classification identified five classes that generated two
categories: Health Education during the Coronavirus Pandemic; Strategies to fight the
Coronavirus. The Correspondence Factor Analysis performed a cross between the text variables
and their classes, making it possible to identify by Similitude that Television was the most
accessed source, with a good level of trust and an excellent level of information feeling. And
that although health professionals were accessed by a minority of respondents, there was no
negative impact on the good levels of trust and feeling of information that aroused in the
population. The degree of importance and credibility given to social isolation is also observed,
however the low-income profile of the families prevented the full adoption of this measure, due
to the continuous need to go out to work. Conclusion: It is inferred that studies on perceptions
and practices, in a pandemic period, make it possible to better understand the experience lived
in a unique and singular way of each subject, in order to plan educational and informational
actions for the population, consequently reducing their possible impacts.

Abstract: Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has put to the test the ability of governments to deal
with urgent health needs that have emerged with the rapid spread of SARS-CoV-2 in the world.
As a result, there was a race to increase the number of hospital beds and Intensive Care, as well
as the dissemination of prevention and control measures, aimed at individuals and collectivities,
based on the epidemiological characteristics of the virus. In this scenario, Primary Health Care
(PHC) had great relevance in the prevention and control of new cases of the disease due to its
high level of capillarity, first contact and the coordination of care. Objective: to analyze how
the population of the territories covered by Primary Health Care perceive and translate COVID 19 prevention and control measures into everyday practices at the individual, family and
collective levels. Method: a study was carried out with a quantitative-qualitative, cross sectional approach. The research was carried out in the territory covered by Primary Health
Care. Data collection took place in two stages, the first carried out through a semi-structured
questionnaire with closed questions, applied online and in the second a dialogic interview was
carried out. Results: The study sample consisted of people aged between 18 and 82 years, with
a predominance of individuals between 31 and 50 years old (32.4%), female (90.1%), married
(36.6 %), who declared themselves mixed race (60.6%) and attended high school (40.8%). The
majority (87.32%) of respondents recognize the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic; 91.5% of
respondents said they used a mask to prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2; 88.7% responded
affirmatively to hand hygiene measures; In the qualitative analysis, the Descending
Hierarchical Classification gave rise to five categories: Challenges Imposed by COVID-19;
Family Concerns; Communication and Information Received by the Community; Measures to
Confront the Pandemic and Search for Religious/Spiritual Comfort. Conclusion: It is
concluded that the participants recognized the importance of preventive measures in the context
of the COVID-19 pandemic, conferring the receipt of information mainly to the television
media; health professionals; friends, neighbors and relatives in addition to the social network,
whatsapp, attributing greater reliability to the information received through television and
health professionals. In addition, measures of social distancing and isolation made feelings of
loneliness and fear emerge, as well as concerns about family members. However, the
restrictions imposed by isolation have driven many people to find meaning in life through faith,
as well as seeking spiritual comfort and hope at this time so ingrained with negative feelings.
In this sense, studies that seek to understand subjects in their entirety, in their bio-psycho-socio spiritual context, are of great relevance, as they provide subsidies for health services, especially
Primary Care, to work on health actions. within the local reality.
